West Hennepin Public Safety is hiring full-time Police Officers to join our proactive, community-supported joint powers agency serving the cities of Maple Plain and Independence.
We offer competitive pay, lateral vacation/sick time, full family health coverage (100% employer paid), assigned squads, and numerous specialty assignments including SWAT, Drug Task Force, Field Training Officer, and Drug Recognition Expert.
Officers work 12-hour shifts with every other 5-day weekend off.
Salary: Up to $105,052 (2026)
