We are looking for a Police Officer to join our Ramsey team! 

Police Officers maintain order, keeping the peace and responding to citizen’s needs by discouraging crimes through high-visibility policing, investigative capability and the subsequent reporting and apprehension of suspected violators of the law.

The City of Ramsey has 30 sworn officers, including a Police Chief, Captains, Sergeants, Investigators, Community Resource Officers, and Anoka County Drug Task Force.

The 2025 wage scale: Step 1: $37.786 – Step 2: $38.754 – Step 3: $43.599 – Step 4: $46.021 – Top: $48.443/hour

The 2025 longevity wage scale: After 5: $49.412 – After 8: $50.381 – After 12: $51.350 – After 16: $52.318/hour
