The Brooklyn Park Police Department (BPPD) is hiring lateral officers, offering a $5,000 sign-on bonus, starting wages of $46.11–$54.89/hour ($95K–$114K annually), and shift differentials. Officers receive 48 hours of front-loaded vacation, 40 hours of front-loaded sick time, on-duty workout time, and access to advanced equipment like drones and external vest carriers.
