South Saint Paul Cleaner/Caretaker – HRA Buildings
Under the direction of the Property Manager, the Cleaner/Caretaker-HRA Buildings position is responsible for supporting the maintenance and upkeep of two public housing high-rise buildings designated for low-to-moderate income individuals aged 50 and older. Together, the buildings house 298 one-bedroom units. The primary purpose of the position is to perform routine janitorial cleaning duties to ensure the buildings and surrounding grounds remain clean, safe, and complaint with health and housing standards. Responsibilities include cleaning common areas, deep cleaning vacated units, and maintaining outdoor spaces. Each Cleaner/Caretaker is assigned to one primary building but may assist at the other as needed or at the request of management.
