The City of Blaine surveyed cities asking about backflow valve testing procedures and got a wide variety of responses. Survey Results

As of January 23, 2016 the MN State Plumbing Code implemented a requirement for annual backflow preventer testing. The exact code language can be found in Section 603.4.2 Testing.
